Greetings friends,
I hope this finds everyone well. Since Mid Year 2009 I was fortunate enough to attend the Ice Bowl where a great time was had by all. Though currently not a member tournament, we look forward to Ice Bowl reapplying for membership again this year. The Omaha committee always goes over the top when it comes to hospitality. During a wonderful banquet Tournament Director Dan Johnson presented The Tip of the Iceberg awards to Rhonda Richardson, Chuck Vrana, and Russ Hollendieck. Kudos to each of you.
I would like to recognize our webmaster Mike Tamburrino for his herculean efforts in making our IGBO Newsletter available on the web. Thank you so very much Mike!
As we migrate more of communications to web delivery please ensure we have your current email address. Notify the Secretary or your Regional Director of any changes.
A number of new board members will soon be in place, I wish each of them much success in their new roles. I encourage each of you to share your gifts and talents by serving as a board or committee member.
In closing please know it has been my greatest privilege to serve on the IGBO Board and thank each of you for your trust and support these past four years. I wish each of you high scores and happiness always.
