Tournament Average Database (TAD)

The Tournament Average Database (TAD) was designed for use by IGBO Regional Directors and IGBO Member Tournament Directors as a tool for maintaining a history of IGBO bowlers' tournament results. As a requirement of membership, IGBO Member Tournaments must report the scratch scores and number of games bowled for each participant in their event, within 30 days of the tournament, for inclusion in the TAD.

Reporting Your Tournament Scores to the TAD

Tournaments must report scratch pinfall for all bowlers and all events, including scratch masters events as well as awards. This information can take a number of formats (described in document linked below) and should be accompanied by bowler information (also described in document linked below).

Viewing TAD Data (Tournament Officials only)

Contents of the TAD may only be viewed using the TAD Viewer software, which is available to Tournament Directors upon request. To obtain the latest version of the TAD Viewer Installation CD, e-mail the Tournament Average Database Administrator. Please include your Name, Physical Mailing Address, Phone Number and the Name and Date of your Tournament.

Database Updates

Updates are frequently made to the TAD as tournament results are reported.

TAD Viewer Upgrade

Based upon your input, the TAD Viewer software has been updated. If you are running version 1.10R (or earlier), you can upgrade to the latest version (1.20).

Note: You must have a previous version of the TAD Viewer Software already installed before running the 1.20 upgrade program.

If you're not sure which version of the TAD Viewer software you are running, open the TAD Viewer application. From the Help menu, choose About TAD Viewer.
